Movie Marathon

Christmas is just near the corner. This is a photo I took at Walnut Creek(at bus transit station). We went to Jordan Creek today for movies. I mean Brandon, Bryan, Carter, Ethan and me, of course, dudes! Did I just mention movieS? Yes!!!

Is 4 movies with $8.50 fair enough? I don't really think so. Well, it hurts ur butt a lot, thirst ur throat. Haha, but it was fantastic, I tell you. Want to know about the movie? I won't tell, its clarified. Too bad.

Later on, its dinner time. We walked to Buffalo Wild Wings. While we was on the journey, we passed a frozen lake. I even lay my leg on it and took a picture. But the picture ended up like I just put my feet on the air. The prove is with Carter. Sorry guys.

Here is some pictures of the food from Buffalo Wild Wings. Hmm, the sauce is great in one condition. Don't ever challenge the spiciness of this restaurent. I tried the hottest one. Luckily, I just eat little of it. Pity Ethan, he dipped a shrimp into the sauce. The result was that he ended up sweating. He's on fire! Overall, the food there was good. The famous buffalo wings were awesome. You know what I mean? Indescribable!!!!!

People, please remember the sauce on the right. It might kill you. I'm just advising. No offence.

That's all for today. I have a nice day. Its been a long time since I do this kind of crazy things

Statistic and Interview

Statistic, I really do not know what is the intrinsic meaning of it. Finally, I have to admit that I couldn't cope up with the course syllabus. I don't even know how to do the homework. Hopefully I still can score for Chapter 6 exam. I like a small deer, lost in the jungle of Amazon. Looking dissapointed at the sky and fear of the predators that are keeping an eye on me.

Today, my management and I went to Merle Hay's Starbucks to interview the manager, Austin for dig some information for the final project. Our group leader, Megan gave us all a treat. Thanks, Megan. The interview went on for an hour. It was long, all of us knew that. The interview was fantastic. Before we went back, I brought 2 Java Chip for Bryan and Carter.

Gotta sleep now. After tomorrow, I am free for Thanksgiving. However, there are bunch of homework waiting me to write on their white and clean faces.

Tired Day

Today we went to Drake basketball game. First time I saw these many Malaysians at the game. Opps, the main topic should be the game. Well, well, this time the opponent was South Dakota State. Hmm, not to say that they are poor, its just that they can't beat the magnicifint Drake team. ie. Drake won the game again.. The score board now is 2-1.

After the game, we went for volleyball. There are only Malaysians for volleyball. Splited into 2 teams, Juniors vs Seniors. We tied at 1-1, tied at 2-2, then we lost the game. It was pretty close, thought. I managed to dig some balls.

Well now, my hands and legs are telling me to give them a break. If it wasn't for Stat assignment, I would have in my sweet dreams already. Darn Mario....

That's all for today. Hope that I can finish the assignment asap. I am SO in holiday mood now......

Volleyball

2 weeks before, Chun Han taught Bryan, Carter and me volleyball. Carter and I didn't played volleyball at all before. The one who is the amature is Bryan. Well, well, thanks to Chun Hao, I can hit the ball in like one hour. Time was short thought. We can't get to play volleyball long that day.

Hmm, things doesn't seem to change today. After waiting long to get a court, finally its time to play some volleyball. Time passed damm fast. I would said I managed to dig some ball. Bryan did well too. Too bad Carter can't join us this time since he was studying for his P exam.

For only about half an hour of volleyball-ing, Alvin, the complex manager told us that the basketball team need the court. Darn! We were all in the middle of the fun. What to do? We were like lost deers inside of the forest.... Forever...

Lucky for us, Chun Han asked us to join him for volleyball tomorrow. Hope the court is free for us tomorrow and there is no any interuption.

That's for all. Gambateh to Ethan for his P exam tomorrow. (but he watch Family Guys and Kill Bill vol 1 with us tonight from 8pm to 12am)

Let's call it a day for today.

Hmm, what's for today's topic again? Really have to start brainstorming now. Let me see... Ohh ya!

After finance class today, we went to Tuan Khoon and Brandon's house(don't forget Kenneth too) to have dinner. Chef Kenneth Lai cooked Bu Lao Meat, Chef Saw and Chef Lee cooked other dishes that I do not know what the names are. I can only say, the food was awesome, delicious, and fantastic.

We chit-chated and some played cards and chinese chess. Bryan, Carter and me are hunting for a house too. We hope to move out next semester. I really wanted to learn how to cook. Boy, the food in the campus is sooooooooooo boring(in other words, the same food everyweek).

Bryan really pray hard to move out though. I just pray hard to find a good house(silly huh?). I am a very particular guy. So, someone please grant my wish!!!!

That's all for today. Never the less, thanks to Tuan Khoon them for inviting us and everything that they do.
THANKS

First Victory of Drake Bulldogs!

Sorry blog. I missed the post yesteryday. I just wanted to state the reason here. Its because I forgot about the blog.

Never to late to be sorry. Well, lets continue for today. What I have today as a topic? Its about Drake's basketball game. After the loss of Drake team last Saturday, I surely they will win the next game. Well, they surely grant my wish, and everyone who supported Drake!

For last Saturday game, we got free ticket by hanging around in Knapp center by showing our ID. This time, I thought that I have no a chance to watch the game in my life again. However, when I log in into Blueview yesterday evening, my face expression changed totally. Guess what, free tickets again! Gosh, I fell so lucky.

After Statistic class this morning, four of us(Bryan, Carter, Ethan and me of course, who else?) went to Knapp center to grab our ticket for the night. In the mean time, we grabbed the ticket for Sunday's game too. Time flied so fast and it was the time for the game. TangTangTangTang~~~

The magnificent Drake team!

The game started with a lead of 14 to 5 (14 is the opponent's points) What the hell, their 3 points were damm good!!! Drake team didn't make the fans dissapointed either. Josh Young alone scored 30+ points for the team, ending with huge lead in the second period and lead Drake to victory. Yeah! In this game, Drake proved that they are good in 3 points. More than 15 3 points in a game. Ba Ci Kang Wao Wao. The season score now is 1-1. One win & One loss.

This was the scene of Drake's offencing.

All of us enjoyed ourselves in this game. To those who haven't been to one, be there! Or else... After the game, we went to China Place to have our dinner and chit-chat for like 1 hour + there. It was such a great day. I am looking forward to Drake game at Sunday! Don't let us dissapointed again, Drake! I know you wouldn't!

The day before exam...

Today is a very busy day. Plagiarism has caused a lot of us(Malaysian and some others Americans) to see Professor Clayton. She gave us a lot of meaningful advises. Luckily she was so kind not to report us to the College of Business, or else, we will be in big big big trouble, I can assure you.

Tomorrow is my theory of interest 3rd exam. I was so frustrated just now. However, thanks to Bryan who came out with the idea of eating McDonalds. Isn't this normal? But, do you order 40 pieces of nuggets in a row and there are only two person who will be going to eat it? I hope this doesn't scare the hell out of you. The worst was that Bryan ate maggi mee too. Is this enough? Wait, the maggi mee came with 3 eggs, but 1 if for me. Hahaha!!! However, 40 is a big number, thought. We could only reached the number of 35, which means at least one of us ate 17 nuggets. I am so full now...

I have class by 11am tomorrow. So I have to get some dreams going on for now. That's merely all about today. I am so tired, ok? Give me a tiny break, please, ohh, pretty pretty please~~~ Tomorrow will be the day of my Thanksgiving break after theory of interest exam! (My next exam will be at Dec 7) So, shalalalalalala~~~~ shalala in the afternoon.(basketball time)
Here I come, GeoChallenge! I will beat you with my own tiny brain!

Bowling Tour

At 1.45pm, Ethan(well known as Shu Yuan Goh) came to my room to get us going meet his host family. They took us to the bowling centre. Sorry folks, I didn't know what and where the hell is the bowling centre. It was quite far away, that's all I can say.

We meet other host families there. Guess who is he? Tatatangtang, Brandon Khoo. I will show his picture here

Opps, this is his picture after he "throw" the bowling ball.

We have a fun game! I played badly, 58 points in the first game. However, I rosed in the second game, 107 points! Haha, I didn't bowl so such a long time. So lucky to still achieve such a high point.

Finally, I would like to thank Ethan(Shu Yuan Goh) for inviting us to this bowl.
Thank you. I have such fun. If it wasn't for him, I would be sitting in my room being a nerd and would not be meeting new people outside of my small small room.

Good night and let this blog rolls till I get bored.

First Home Game, Lost!

Well, Bryan and I managed to get a free ticket the Drake first home basketball game. However, Carter managed to sneack in the game. Thanks to the magnificint, Bryan! We were so excited when we were in the stadium. So is everyone.

Drake won the title last season which made this season very anticipated for everyone in the community. The stadium was so pack with people. Did I said old people? Gosh, I never saw this many senior citizens in my entire life. We were surrounded by them. (CODE RED!)

Later on, the game started with a lead of 10 points! Bravo, but the leaders weren't our team, too bad, folks! It went on to only 4 points of difference, then again, to 10 points. To cut the story short and save my time, finally Drake officially lost their fist home game of the season. Don't lose your spirit, keep it going!

The good thing about this game is the half time show. WOw, it was truly amazing. It somehow really entertained me. Girls danced while boys played the instrument. Best of all, there was 2 kids on the band. I was so impressed.
Back to my room later on and ate McDonald's Club with Bryan and Carter! It was so good! However, it couldn't satisfy us. Haha, maggi mee is the root the our hunger! I am so full now and too bad that I am so tired. I really have to get some dreams.
Ja Ne(goodbye in Japanese) and Good Night too.

Finally

Well, well, well, finally I moved my lazy dump fat ass to my seat, opened maxthon(a kind a internet explorer which I think is better than Firefox) and login into my id and started to type.

First of all, I would like to clarify, I don't have the habit to write a blog(tradisionally a diary where people would write anything that happened in a day in a book with dates on every pages) since nowadays people are so use to technology. In the old days, my mom forced me to write a diary even since I was a kid. She wanted me to write in Chinese a day, English the second day and Malay the third day, and the circle keeped it going.

Actually, I knew what was in my mom's mind. She didn't want my language to be as hers. She wants us(her children) to write and to speak better (ie to improve our language proficiency). Being a lazy kid of me, however, forcing me didn't seems to work out. I wrote it for like a week, then the pages started to be as white as snow... and the best part was she didn't force me to write the diary again. Sorry to make you dissapointed, mom.

However, my mom won the battle of "diary" after so many years of battling. Instead of writing a diary which make me so "classic", I choose the write a blog which will make me "modern". Writting need pactice(someone said that), at least read the newspaper everyday which is not in the list of my brain. Since I am majoring in Actuarial Science and Information System(IT, they called it IS in the US), do I need to write a lot? Well, the answer is just next. I didn't write a full length essay since my ENL102 class in January early this week. Thinking of my English writting skills will soon be forgotten, writting blog will be my best solution.
To be honest, I really, really, really hope that my blog would have new post everyday. Well, I have taken the first step, might as well keep it rolling on.
